To get the best experience from your Lebara SIM card, we recommend that you register to our online service called MyLebara.
 
MyLebara makes it easy to top up your Lebara number, view your balance, access call and top up history as well as manage the Lebara numbers of your friends and family.
 
To register to MyLebara, please click here and follow these steps:
 
1.  Input your Lebara number and click continue.
2.  Input the registration security code sent to you via SMS and click continue.
3.  Complete your name, email address and residential address.
4.  Click submit my order and you will receive an verification link via email; click on the verification link to complete the registration of your Lebara SIM card to MyLebara.

Tip: You can access your MyLebara by visiting our mobile site - m.lebara.co.uk - which will enable to manage your top ups, check your balances and Lebara rates, view FAQ's as well as manage your Lebara money account.
 
 
MyLebara registration security code
 
To receive the registration security code required to complete the registration of your Lebara SIM card to MyLebara, your SIM card must be active and able to receive text messages.
 
If you have not received your security code please send an email to Customer Services with the following details:
 
1.  Your Lebara mobile number.
2.  Your ICCID number (located at the back of your SIM Card) or PUK code.
3.  A country and number you call frequently with your Lebara mobile.
4.  Your last top up and how much you topped up.
5.  Your last top up method (online or from a shop).
 

MyLebara verification link
 
If you have not received the email verification required to complete the online registration of your Lebara SIM card to MyLebara, please check that it has not been filtered into your spam or junk email folders.
 
If our email is not in your spam or junk email archive, please send an email to customer services and confirm that you are the owner of your Lebara SIM card by responding to the following security questions:
 
1.  Your Lebara mobile number.
2.  Your ICCID number (located at the back of the SIM Card) or PUK code.
3.  A country you call frequently with your Lebara mobile.
4.  Your last top up and how much you topped up.
5.  Your last top up method (online or from a shop).
 
We will deliver to you a new email verification response within 24 hourrs which you will need to activate within 15 minutes of receiving otherwise it will expire.
